Refund policy

Fermtherapy is 100% committed to you so we will put every effort into making your experience with us as seamless and positive as possible.  Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date you received your product to use the device as indicated for maximum results. If after the 8 week period, you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns with a 75% refund for sanitation and restocking.  You will need to provide proof of purchase with the date and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
